The cement silo is a cylindrical steel structure with a diameter of 2.8m. It is the main part of the cement silo to store powder, and is also the carrier of dust removal system, arch breaking device, material level meter and ladder.
The top of the cement bin is equipped with an electric dust removal device, which can absorb the suspended particles in the bin and reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment. When there is much dust on the dust collector, the vibration motor on the dust collector can be started by the electrical control system to shake off the accumulated dust.
The lower cone of the cement silo is equipped with air blowing arch breaking device. The small electromagnetic directional valve located in the air control box is used to control the release of compressed air to break the arch of cement and various powder materials, so as to avoid the accumulation of powder materials and cause blockage. The air source can be provided by the air circuit system of the matching mixing equipment. The start-up of the air blowing arch breaking device is controlled by the electrical control system according to the supply time of cement or other powder materials. That is, when the feeding time exceeds the set time, it can also be controlled manually.
It is equipped with a valve at the outlet of the cement silo to control the discharge of the material.
The upper and lower parts of the cement silo are equipped with a radio frequency capacitive level limit switch, which can sense the storage height of materials in the bin, and accurately reflect the storage situation of cement or other powder materials in the cement bin through electrical signals.
The cement (fly ash) silo adopts the feeding pipe to transport the powder to the silo. The conveying height is shown in the "main technical parameters". The bulk cement or fly ash can be directly delivered to the silo by the bulk cement truck. The cement silo is equipped with grounding protection device.
